Michelle began in the real estate industry in 1993 with new home construction which evolved into Montero Builders, Inc. In addition to fine home building, the company expanded into land development, residential leasing, and concrete pumping services. She has been hands-on in all areas of residential real estate, being both seller and buyer in numerous transactions and also having worked closely with buyers as they chose their plans, worked with their lender and selected finishes for their homes. As a seller's agent, she has guided clients in the preparation, cleaning, decluttering, and staging as well as pricing of their homes for the market. She has managed her own residential rental company and has worked for a commercial property management company. No surprise, remodeling is also in her wheelhouse!
