(June 2024) I used this Century21 office when I originally purchased the Macomb residence in 2003. I used another Century21 office in Northern Michigan to purchase my vacation home (2015). That realtor gave us the recommendation to use Michelle Carey for selling the Macomb house in 2024. From the minute my wife and I met Michelle, we had a great feeling that this partnership would work well. She had all the experience we needed and had answers (and recommendations) to all of our questions, which put us at ease. Michelle acted very fast on this transaction with no delays or problems getting it listed and shown. We were overwhelmed with the buyer responses, offers higher than listing, and the quick closure for this deal. Michelle Carey exemplifies what a great realtor should be.
(August 2025) This was our second time using Michelle, this time to buy a property. She thoroughly understood our specific needs and budget. We initiated an initial search not expecting anything right away because of the market but were pleasantly surprised when Michelle came through with properties we were looking for almost immediately. The selection was better than we expected. Perfect location, great price. That same day she immediately contacted the selling agent and we had a preliminary deal already. She helped arrange a quick inspection, and within days had the report. Michelle kept us up to date on everything daily, coordinated with the title company, and we were signing the purchase within 3 weeks...start to finish. This was a great, flawless experience!

We cannot say enough great things about Michelle Carey. She does a fantastic job at making you feel like you're her only client. She was always available and kept up her great communication from the time the property was listed up through (and after) signing the final paperwork at closing. Selling your home can be a stressful experience, but Michelle did everything in her power to make it as stress-free as possible. I don't think you could pay us to use another realtor. We are customers for life.
