Michelle’s real estate career started out in the mortgage business, which helps her provide stellar service to her clients with the backing of her prior lending experience. Since she became a licensed realtor in 2003, she has been able to help hundreds of families realize their dream of homeownership. She thoroughly enjoys her career in real estate, as it gives her an opportunity to put her problem-solving skills to work guiding buyers and sellers through all sorts of situations.
In today’s tough real estate market, Michelle’s knows how important it is to set herself apart and she feels that her sales ability, fun, bubbly personality, and confidence in her craft make her a great agent. She is honest and always keep her clients’ interests in center view. When working with sellers, she always hosts "mega open houses" for the first weekend, door knock, and often will use Boost ads on Facebook to promote new listings. She also takes the stress out of getting ready to list by having her professional house cleaner come in and assist in making their home show-ready!
Michelle’s currently based in San Diego and covers all things coastal and North county. She also covers the Eastside of Seattle and often helps clients in Kirkland, Bellevue, Issaquah, Renton (especially the Renton Highlands), Sammamish, North Bend and Snoqualmie. She’s comfortable helping clients buy and sell all types of properties but specialize in luxury homes priced $1 million and above. Her prior experience runs the gamut from waterfront and executive homes to townhomes and condominiums.
When she’s not working, she loves shopping, going to football games, enjoying dinner with friends or a date night with her husband. Travel is one of her biggest passions, and it’s her goal to visit 100 countries in the next few years. Giving back is important to Michelle, and she enjoys volunteering when she can at local animal shelters with her daughter.
Above all, she’s a passionate person who loves life and tries to look at the bright side of things. She is easily excited and always happy. She hopes this love, happiness, and energy comes through when she meets people as she believes it's infectious. Life is too short to settle for anything less than exceptional!
