Realtor: Michelle Crews at Coldwell Banker is by far the best Realtor I’ve experienced in my lifetime! I’ve owned many homes. She was able to sell my home in Fleming Island in 1 day! We received 4 offers & we were lucky enough to have one that was a cash buyer at full asking price & was flexible on our move out time! I not only had a great Realtor but also gained a fantastic new friend! I couldn’t have made it through the balancing act of selling 1 house & building a new home out of state without her! SHE’S AWESOME! Her photographer Laura was a genius and took fabulous photos for tour of my home!!!!
