Michelle Cross

Michelle joined RE/MAX Excalibur in 2015. Her background includes extensive experience supporting families relocating across town, around the state, within the United States and in locations on almost every continent in the world.

She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in management and marketing from Keene State College in New Hampshire. She spent 20+ years leading global human resources teams at companies like Honeywell, Textron, Amazon and Kodak and most recently as the Vice President, Talent and Culture for a wind blade manufacturer in Scottsdale.

Michelle volunteers in the local community with non-profits like Foothills Animal Rescue, Mayo Clinic, The Country Club at DC Ranch and the Arizona Women's Golf Association where she was recently elected to the Board of Directors. She and her husband serve as volunteer hosts and caddie for local LPGA and amateur golf events in the area.
