A Southern California native, Michelle Damiani brings her passion for coastal real estate and customer service to Berkshire Hathaway Home Services.
Michelle excels in understanding neighborhoods throughout Santa Barbara, Montecito and Carpinteria. She stays highly focused on the inventory, both current, upcoming, and those recently sold to have a greater understanding of values in each area of the market.

Michelle began her real estate career in 2010 and has continued to work full time expanding her client base. She has worked in the restaurant business and as a licensed hairstylist where she honed many of her communication and people skills that make her a success today.
She has lived in Santa Barbara County for the last 30 years with her husband and teenage daughter. Michelle loves spending time at any one of our beautiful beaches or whipping up something creative in her kitchen. Many of her clients have been the happy recipients of her amazing delicacies.
