Michelle went above and beyond. When I say above and beyond, I never ever in my life have seen someone in the reality profession do what she did. She had my condo sold in a month. She strategizes, is meticulous, and detail oriented. She strategized the sale and even staged my place. She gave sound advice and coached me throughout the process. She even helped me prep for open houses, etc. This lady is A1 and if you pick anyone else, you're an idiot. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who wants to sell their place quickly with a qualified high functioning professional. She even printed signs for the condo to ensure anyone viewing it knew what it had to offer. This is your reality professional. I would recommend her to anyone, anytime, anywhere. Michelle was wonderful! She did an absolutely fabulous job getting my parents home sold in Sun City West, AZ. Michelle was on top of the whole process as she helped us get the home ready to sell and then staging it beautifully to call out the many features. Michelle’s fun personality made the whole process go smoothly and easily. She kept us well informed all through the process which was very important and needed. Michelle nailed the listing price as her analysis of the home, its value and the market were spot on. I’m so happy we chose Michelle as our realtor to list the house. She did a great job!

I want to thank Michelle so much for taking care of us and walking us through the process. There were several elements involved and she knocked it out of the park. She used her knowledge to our advantage and it paid off. If you want an agent who will get things done, work hard for you, and tell you like it is…not what you want to hear…then I HIGHLY recommend Michelle.
