Michelle Espy

Shelly Espy is a member of the National Association of Realtors and Greater Tampa Realtors and works locally all over the Tampa Bay Area. For the last 28 years, Shelly has worked continuously to develop her market knowledge and expertise in Property Management, Residential Development, Multifamily Housing, and Student Housing. The one thing that kept her thriving in the industry was the high she experienced from finding others their home. A transition into Residential home sales was a natural fit as her desire grew to find families their ultimate forever homes. She is certified as a New Sales Home consultant as well as a Relocation Specialist. Shelly is a graduate of Florida State University, where her love for architecture and design began. The Espy family of four currently resides in Odessa, FL.
