I was uprooting my entire family and moving from Colorado to St. Simons island and I'd never even been to the area before. I found Michelle randomly (thank God!) online and she reached out immediately to help. I cannot emphasize how helpful and knowledgeable she has been. We needed to live in an area that would allow us to have a pot belly pig and Michelle went above and beyond and personally reached out to each HOA and even researched pot belly pigs and discovered he could be considered a companion animal instead of livestock. Michelle even found someone to watch our pig if we needed them during our move. When we finally got to our new home Michelle had stocked it with all the necessities knowing that we had just arrived from from Colorado and had nothing. Even months later I regularly reach out to Michelle for recommendations for handy men, restaurants, anything! She is simply the best! You could not go wrong working with her!

Our experience with searching for our new home at Saint Simons with Michelle more than exceeded our expectations. Michelle’s knowledge of the entire Island provided so much information we would have never known to look for if we had just searched online. Ms. Fox is an extremely professional Real Estate agent. She is very helpful and goes out of her way to explain everything about the home we bought in Brusnswick, GA. See has always kept us up to date and has even did a walk through video conference call with us showing the house. She also has a number of very qualified crafts men that are local and can do any work that we need done. I'd highly recommend her to any one looking to sell or buy a home in Brunswick or else where in the area.

Hands down, Michelle Fox is the best realtor with whom I have ever worked. I have bought and sold many homes in my lifetime, and have never had an agent who even came close to the five star service Michelle delivered to make this sale happen. She always responded to my calls within minutes, she is extremely savvy and gained my complete trust in her expertise. I am pretty sure that this woman never sleeps because she was always able to help out when I needed it, despite her many other properties and responsibilities. As with many home purchases, there were times throughout this process when I had doubts that the deal would go through, and Michelle was always there to listen and offer encouragement. Michelle seems to know literally everyone on the island and she connected me with all the right services and she even introduced me to my new neighbors. The best part of all...not only did I buy my dream home, but I also gained Michelle as a friend. Thank you!!
