Chucky/Karen (Wendy my 2nd agent of 3) comes in and makes me dread the whole realtor owner experience as if Michael Myers was having a Nightmare with Freddy Krueger on the Tales from the Crypt show.

Moving forward after 2 failed agents. Buyers galore. Totaling 7. 4-5 with Michelle (one present a fake approval), 2 with Wendy. 3 Escrows collected from bad buyers. At one point it was becoming a joke collecting Escrow.

So lets begin about Michelle. This holy priest with a new york bluntness with refreshing honesty and transparency. Everything "the Karen" was Michelle was not. Night and Day, Heaven and Hell. We clicked though, she drove down saw my home I think in 2 different occasions, and had multiple open houses. Unlike "The Karen" whom scheduled a viewing every 15 minutes. Where "the Karen" jacked up my MLS listing, my pocket healer Michelle fixed it. I couldn't even FIND home insurance. Michelle did. I couldn't keep a lawn service more than 3 months. Michelle had one in her connections. She had cleaners, pressure washers, inspectors, plumbers, electricians, etc... The only thing she didn't have was a solar person. But that I had. She pulled permits I couldn't find, and records. I had some but not exact dates, etc.... Where "the Karen (remember this is agent #2 Wendy)" screwed up my home valuation Michelle fixed. She even has a nice photographer too :) with a drone for photos and 360 view. What about comps you asked? She got you covered like the magnum in your wallet. Oh wait, there's more. Our sellers for the home we wanted, did not want to wait for another buyer. They didn't want the contingency anymore. So... while I am NOT a fan of this method it was TRULY our only option without taking a huge loss on quick selling out home. She has a connection with NAF to buy the sellers home for us in order to buy from them once our home sold. Its costly but it worked. The other best part. SHE COMMUNICATES with your real-estate lawyer, insurance provider, mortgage company, all of it. I being the paranoid animal I am, still was VERY much hands on. But it wasn't necessary. She even gave me the best cost method for moving.

Now granted, I did drop the hammer of justice on Charles Rutenberg "the Kracken Karen Wendy". I gave it to them hard. I was furious with her. At the same time, in the beginning Michelle was very professional, over time after getting to know me, we were like drunken buddies and its best to let her be her true self and speak to you freely. This worked best for me and it certainly was more fun this way.

My home sold on Sept. 9th closing 2023. Sold for just over 50k more than what "the Karen" Wendy was trying to get AND well over what she said it WOULDNT sell for. While "the Karen Wendy" was just trying to get a quick sale, my Holy Priest Michelle was trying to get the BEST deal possible for me.

I changed lenders 4x with her (this is totally on me, I had 17 lenders on an Excel sheet getting the best rate possible)
Changed law firms once (the original closed their doors)
went through 2 buying processes for my current home
5 buyers, 3 escrow pay outs, 1 valid buyer (VA Buyer) remaining FHA buyers
1 bad agent we worked with until "The Karen wendy" was removed
4 inspections 2 of whom had ZERO clue on my AC system (TY Rinaldi), no clue how a salt water pool system works, and zero clues on how solar hot water system works.

While I may have been the most unique crazy experience of home buying and selling experience for her, it was definitely her saving grace that kept me in play and allowed us to buy a 5/4 within our budget, in the county we wanted, quiet, and checked most of our boxes.

I wanted to build, but land was an issue. Didn't want an HOA but FFS I couldn't find a 5/3 with the sqft and master bedroom on first floor w/o HOA. I wanted 1 floor, but... Life had other plans. My 3498 5/4 full bath home I can say we truly love it. Michelle made it happen.

She will fight the good fight with a LOT of these clueless agents out there.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Dan and Michelle! They were awesome from day one and really listened to what we wanted… to the point of helping us think outside the box to fit our needs in this challenging market.. they walked us through every step we needed to take and ended up making a solid deal on a house we love.. would absolutely work with them again if we ever move, might be awhile since they found us such a perfect first home.. thanks again!!!

Michelle has been the absolute BEST realtor we had the pleasure to work with to purchase our first home! I cannot reccomend her enough! She was extremely knowledgable and explained everything to the tee. She provided ample instructions on what to expect going into the buying process. Not only was she there every single step of the way, but she was ready to help and answer all of our questions no matter what time of day it was! The timeline that we needed to purchase a home was very small and Michelle made it work with searching, finding and finalizing our contract to purchase within 10 days!! Our family has been so thankful for her! Even through the small hiccups on closing day Michelle was there to fight on our behalf to ensure we got every single credit that was promised AND even get half of our cash to close COVERED!!! & that's not even the best part!!!! Michelle had the house set up with candles, presents for our 1 year old, and a bunch of house warming presents for us as soon as we walked in! We were amazed to say the least!!

Michelle sold our house and helped us buy another one. Michelle is dedicated and hard working, and our house sold for way more than we expected and over the list price after being on the market only 5 days. The buyers for our house were difficult, but we never knew there were issues because Michelle handled all of the issues with the buyer’s realtor. This really helped reduce the stress of selling our house. Many other realtors do not put in the time and effort that Michelle did for both of our transactions. We definitely recommend Michelle whether you are selling or buying!

As a first time home owner, I had no experience in this process and little knowledge, but being paired with Michelle through my lenders, was a blessing in disguise for me! I was very limited on time, but she some how made it happen! I started this process with my family, but ended it with just my kids and I, so not only did I have a the jitters as a first time buyer throughout this process, I also started having cold feet once I realized I was in this alone. I was sadly mistaken feeling that way, because Michelle guided me every step of the way as my realtor, and once I had the courage to share the news with her on my personal situation, she didn’t hesitate to become my backbone and my friend! I’ve heard many stories and stood on the sidelines as many of my family/friends have purchased/sold homes, but I have never witnessed or heard of a realtor doing why Michelle has done for me!
