Michelle is the best! 14 years ago I decided I wanted a condo in CB, (I usually work with friends, but didn't know anyone in CB) and randomly met Michelle. She found a condo for me, I bought it, and we have been friends ever since. As a second home owner, she was wonderful as being a contact for me when I was not around as she knows so much of what is going on in the area. When I decided to sell my condo, this time I could work with a friend! Michelle was great, knew all of the ins and outs, negotiated intelligently for me, and did a perfect job. I started out looking for a realtor, and ended up with a friend... I couldn't have been any happier!
