Also not only is Michelle an awesome realtor she also has a construction background that gives her the ability to see structural defects or imperfections that a home buyer would probably not notice. Michelle took us to countless homes and tirelessly helped us search for the perfect one. She helped us through every step of the process and was even willing to look at rental properties with us if we couldn’t find our home. Our search lasted around two months, and from the first day to the last day Michelle was enthusiastic, helpful, kind, and truly kept our best interests in mind. Michelle is incredibly responsive. She typically responds to calls and texts within a matter of minutes, but at latest a few hours. Every time we went to look at a property, she brought along a printed out synopsis of the property for us to have and to take notes on. Each time we told her that we wanted to put an offer in on a home, she would send us comps, call the listing agent, research the particulars of the neighborhood, and only then provide guidance as to what a competitive offer would be for the particular home we were considering. She provided guidance as to websites that are available to research crime statistics, schools, and the likes. She was professional, considerate, and caring. She took our wants and needs, and tailored our home search around our desires. She really cares, works hard, and it shows!

My husband and I recently sold our home with Michelle. We had considered selling it ourselves, and are extremely glad we reconsidered. Michelle’s expertise made an otherwise stressful process fast and seamless. She thought of everything from staging to landscaping to ensure we received the most for our home. Michelle sold my house in Dec 2020. She was awesome, two thumbs up without a doubt. Very knowledgeable about making the house look good without breaking the bank. She brought in some of her own items to stage the house before pictures. She had pros and cons for each step along the way in this crazy market. She kept in contact with all the other agents and gave me feedback each day. I had already moved for my new job and she was great with helping with the title company too.

We had some initial concerns as we needed to sell our home while living out of state. We’d been in communication with Michelle for a couple years until market conditions were amenable to selling our home. Michelle's dedication and professionalism throughout the entire process was exemplary. Her communication skills are excellent and (through e-mails, texts, and phone calls) she constantly kept us apprised of the current status, in addition to answering our questions without delay. We especially appreciated her contractor contacts and expertise as to what improvements were required to sell the house in the shortest possible time and completing the work expeditiously.
