As a Certified Staging Advisor, I help sellers understand how thoughtful presentation can maximize value and attract buyers. Through my construction experience, I’ve built strong relationships with trusted contractors and renovation professionals and have developed a keen understanding of return on investment—helping homeowners prioritize improvements that can position a property to sell quickly and for the strongest possible price.
I am also a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)™ and a member of the Compass Plus division, which focuses on helping seniors and their families navigate downsizing and later-life housing decisions. These transitions are often deeply personal, and I strive to ensure my clients feel informed and supported throughout the process.
