It was so great working with Michelle. She is a wonderful person ready to provide any info to you at all times. I had some issues with my lender and if it wasn't for Michelle's extra effort, probably wouldn't have been able to close. If you need a realtor, she is your lady.

Right from the beginning Michelle's goal was to help me find the right home. She took the time to find out what I was looking for and made sure every place we looked at matched my interest, and as importantly, my budget. She worked tirelessly until we found the perfect place. She did such an outstanding job that I asked her to help me sell my existing house. And there again she did an outstanding job - we had several offers in under a week!

Michelle helped my wife and I purchase our first home. She was extremely efficient, dedicated, and informative throughout our entire process. When we first met her, she was friendly and took time to understand our preferences with respect to the specific neighborhoods and features of the house we were looking for. When we found houses we were interested in, she communicated with the seller's real estate agent and often was able to schedule house showings on the same day. Michelle was very dedicated in providing excellent service. She was familiar with the Tampa real estate market and understood the current nature and well as future growth opportunities. During the closing process, Michelle gave us reassurance and helped explain the paperwork and gave insight throughout the final inspection and walk through. In addition, even after closing, she continues to give us advice and recommendations regarding maintenance work and for remodeling purposes. We are very thankful for Michelle's friendly nature, open communication, and diligence and would recommend her to both future home buyers and sellers.
