Michelle Haarstad

Michelle is originally from sunny Southern California, but she has lived in Minnesota for over 30 years she knows calls herself a Minnesotan now! She gets to go back to CA often to visit so that is good. The cold here still gets her, but the rest of the year is so amazing, and it just can't be beaten! She has held a few jobs in her adult life but when she decided to put all her life skills and experiences together and become a realtor, that is where she found her 'place'! She loves helping those who serve find a home. Together she and her husband have 7 kids and 4 grandkids that keep them young and active. Travel is something they do as much as possible and they do it often! She loves to cook and entertain so if a great kitchen is important to you, she gets it! They have an English Setter named Frannie who is super active, and she does "doggie day-care" for her son's beautiful Lab/Husky mix! If she could run a dog shelter, she probably wouldn't allow any of them to leave. They love having all of their friends and kids over for a BBQ or family dinners. Looking for them in the summer? You can most likely find them outside enjoying the river or tending to their garden. She’s growing an organic vegetable garden this year and she’s so excited for it.
