We worked with Michelle on the sale of our home. She went above and beyond for us the entire time. We were very pleased with her expertise and professionalism. We had never sold a home prior to this and we were very nervous about it, but she made a very stressful situation into a smooth and hassle-free process. We had our home listed previously with another agent and we were not able ablet to get any offers on our house in over 4 months. We decided to take our home off the market and then decide our next step. One night speaking with a close friend of ours about our dilemma our friend recommend we speak with “her” agent who was the best. We were skeptical, but were blown away with her insight, ideas, and professionalism. She helped really think of our house as a “product” that we were putting to market. She gave us ideas on staging, design, and pricing that really helped our house shine. Within 2 weeks we had a great offer and closed on the home with no issues. I honestly can’t imagine using another agent in future. Michelle is simply the best!

I have worked with many agents of the years and had many great experiences with other agents, but when we moved to a new area, we had no connections with agents in our new town. Since we were new to the area, we really needed someone who new her way around town and could help us get to know the area. She met and exceeded all of our expectations (and they were high). From educating us on different areas and neighborhoods, to the contract and beyond we were very impressed with her and would highly recommend working with Michelle.
