Michelle Harding

Michelle is a Kentucky Realtor®. In her 21 years of real estate experience since graduating from the Ward Elliot Institute of Real Estate, she has earned designations as Graduate of the Realtor® Institute (GRI), Electronic Professional in Real Estate (e-Pro), and Certified Electronic Marketing Specialist (CeMS). Michelle has been recognized among her peers twice as Realtor Association of Southern Kentucky ‘Realtor of the Month’ and earned the status of Honor Society Lifetime Member in 2020 for her participation in Realtor activities and community events with the Realtor Association.

Michelle is a lifelong resident of Franklin, Kentucky, and graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Master’s Degree. She is the owner of Cozy Corner Gift Shop on the historic downtown square in Franklin. She enjoys helping her clients find “A House to Call Home” by guiding them step-by-step through the process, from showing to contract to closing!
