So thankful for such a strong realtor, she isn’t afraid to put in the offer you want and will always be honest with you. She only sends you listing that match your criteria, and will drop everything to show a house at any random time, that being said she may be new but she is hungry and I respect that. So she is simply amazing and we will be recommending her to everyone we know for how hard she fights and how committed she is to her clients. She even stepped in after the deal was done. I both enjoyed and appreciated working with Michelle Hillstrom of John L Scott Real Estate on the purchase of our new home in Renton. Michelle was able to get us in to see the place on short notice before I had to fly out of town. Michelle may be new to this side of real estate, being the agent, but she is not new to how the process works. In this market when having to use escalation clauses, waiving inspections and hoping a home appraisal comes in at value, it can be very difficult to know what to tell a buyer to offer. Michelle and I came up with a game plan for our offer on an investment 4plex, and we put our best foot forward against some tough offers and we won! During the financing stage Michelle worked countless hours making sure the lender had everything they needed, there was plenty of times we wanted to give up, but Michelle stayed the course and persevered us to closing. Hire Michelle and you hire a dedicated, hardworking agent that has your back and best interests in mind the entirety of the transaction.
