Michelle Hybner

Michelle Hybner is in her seventeenth year as a Licensed Real Estate Agent in Maryland and considers real estate more of a passion than a career. Michelle is committed to being an active listener to her client's needs and provides helpful resources following settlement. In addition, she takes pride in building relationships with Co-Agents and finds these relationships crucial to successfully guiding a well-negotiated contract to settlement. Her diligence has regularly earned her the title of Baltimore Magazine’s Best Agent and membership into Baltimore Real Producers, designating her as one of the top 4% of Realtors in the Baltimore Region.

Michelle is an Anne Arundel County Resident, recently relocating after nearly twenty years in Howard County. She is serving out her second term as President of the Women's Council of Realtors®, Howard County Network, and was recently voted as Maryland State Treasurer of the Women's Council of Realtors® for 2024. After sending her youngest to college in 2020, she moved where she could be close to the water while continuing to help her clients "Love Where They Live". Michelle prides herself on exceeding her client's needs, building leaders within the real estate profession, and giving back to the communities in which she serves.
