About Michelle...
Michelle is a Phoenix, Arizona native raised primarily in the East Valley area. She spent the first ten years of her career in the hospitality industry and then transitioned into her real estate career in June 2000. She is currently with Clayton Nash Real Estate in Scottsdale. She has worked over 18 years honing her negotiation and marketing skills and invests hours each week to continued education, exploring market trends, and analyzing new and innovative approaches to keep up with the ever-changing environment of Real Estate.

Her True Passion...
After selling Real Estate for three years Michelle discovered a new passion… STAGING! She came across an article in April 2003 of Realtor Magazine and knew this is what she had been searching for! A way to help her clients prepare their homes to show their best and achieve a fast sale at top dollar. She traveled to Henderson, Nevada to take her ASP® (Accredited Staging Professional) course from Staged Homes and became the first ASP® Realtor in the State of Arizona. Michelle then also started her own Staging business called Staging Arizona, so that she could assist other Realtors who needed help in selling their Listings as well.

Charitable Causes…
Michelle believes in giving back to the community and donates her time and a portion of every sale to various charities. She has a special place in her heart for animals and has set a goal to raise money for various Pet charities such as the ASPCA, Arizona Humane Society, Mingus Manor, Lost Our Home Pet Foundation and others.

Home Life…
Family comes first and she loves spending time with her husband Michael, daughter Skylar and their two crazy dogs Sadie & Sophie, both rescued Labrador mixes. As a family, they enjoy taking the dogs for walks, hiking and biking, hitting the gym and vacationing on the beach. Michelle’s ultimate goal is to buy her very own RV and travel to dog friendly beaches across the country with her family.

Michelle takes great pride in helping her clients whether they are Buying or Selling. For her Sellers, she is critical about preparing their homes for sale and believes that even the smallest of details can either make or break the sale! She also uses the same enthusiasm with Home Buyers helping them to envision living in their new home even if at first, they can’t see it themselves. She utilizes her design experience to help Buyers overcome floor plan issues and even helps them with custom paint and furniture choices.
