Michelle Maggio

Michelle started working as a realtor in Santa Cruz County in 2000 and she has been a resident there since 1982. She has represented clients ranging from first-time homebuyers to commercial investors. Michelle has helped negotiate the purchase and sale of land, single-family homes, and resort condominiums. She has lived and worked in the local market through real estate booms and busts, and she has helped clients adapt to these changing conditions. Michelle also represented buyers from Watsonville in the South to Bonny Doon in the North and to Scotts Valley and San Jose in the East.
