Michelle Manausa

With over 30 years in the real estate industry, Michelle possesses a deep well of knowledge and experience. She holds a Florida Real Estate Broker's License, a Mortgage Loan Originator License, and a Real Estate Instructor License, and currently teaches real estate in Tallahassee.

Since moving to Tallahassee from New York in 1989 to attend the Florida State University College of Business, Michelle has made the city her home, where she raised her three now-adult children. Her specialty in the College of Business was Hospitality Administration. While she did not pursue a career in the food, beverage, or hotel industry, she gained invaluable insight into customer service, a principle that guides every buyer and seller transaction she handles.

A teacher at heart, Michelle enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and sellers, ensuring they not only have a positive experience but also feel educated and empowered throughout the process. Her passion for teaching extends beyond real estate—she has been leading fitness and yoga classes since her high school days. Bringing her fun spirit and lively energy to both her real estate business and her dedication to wellness, Michelle continues to inspire those around her.
