Being from the Midwest you learn the importance of relationships. Michelle’s passion and expertise in decorating teamed with her experience in project management and sales have helped build her career in real estate. It's funny how doing things you love brings success. Her project management experience has taught Michelle to work efficiently and the importance of effective communication and attention to detail. It is her intention to always keep her clients informed through the entire buying and selling process, whether it be good or unwelcome news, they always know what to expect.

Michelle’s years as an interior decorator allow her to expand the services she offers to her clients. For her selling clients, she offers a "Stage to Sell" service complimentary. Michelle tries to utilize their current furnishings but works to present the home in the best possible light, as you only get one chance to make a first impression. For her buying clients, Michelle offers a "staged to stay" service which helps them set up their new home. Most people are buying a new floor plan but maintain the same furniture, so getting it to work is hard for clients to envision.

She works hard to ensure her clients are happy throughout the buying and selling process and prides herself in saying each one is a friend. When you are dealing with a person's home it is a very emotional situation and you become close with your clients, or at least Michelle does.
