I worked with Michelle to buy my first home. As a first time home buyer I had many things to learn, like what type of loan to get, what to look for in a house, how to spot potential issues in a house, making a compelling offer, and much more. Michelle not only provided me with the knowledge to understand that, but also provided me with loan specialists and people that were very helpful to teach me everything I needed to know. Whenever I found a house that I wanted to tour in person Michelle was always ready and able to make time, as well find other properties nearby. She was always up-front and honest with us about the stuff we had to consider when purchasing the home we would visit, so we could be aware of what all we would need to do in order to get the home if we fall in love with it. She always took the time to really make sure we knew everything that came with that house, would even help us spot situations that could arise and help ask great questions to the sellers agent. She definitely keeps her clients best interest above all else which is absolutely amazing!! I definitely recommend her to any home buyer whether it be your first home or 100th she will definitely help you find your next dream home!

Selling a family home can be a very stressful undertaking. Michelle has been nothing short of amazing over the course of this sometimes difficult and, in our case, somewhat drawn-out process. Her sustained professionalism, sage advice and ability to assist us in overcoming any obstacles during this experience was simply outstanding. Michelle was able to get us the most money for our property in such a hassle-free and accommodating way without pressure or any added stress during the process. Michelle helped me buy this house 14 years ago and did an amazing job! She knew all the answers and the closing went like clockwork! I love how she sends out emails to her clients every month or so on subjects like winterizing your house, preventing pipes from freezing, when to plant spring flowers, what and why interest rates fluctuate, and keeping up with house values. She also does little things like giving her clients pointsettas and pies. She is professional, efficient and personable and I highly recommend her!
