I cannot think of anyway for Michelle to improve her level of service. She was beyond proactive, answering most questions before I could think to ask. Her level of local knowledge is also unmatched in my mind. She priced my home perfectly and a strong contract came in 4 short days. I’m beyond impressed. I would recommend Michelle to any prospective seller or buyer in the area!

A magnificently professional team!
I've been a landlord with multiple properties, including a farm, for many years. BethAnn Lederer and Michelle Pappas rescued me from disaster at least eight times in my first house sale, which wound up closing beautifully with great satisfaction for all parties. Their experience, tenacity and attention to detail is remarkable. These two are a magnificently professional team. I wouldn't think of selling a property without their help
The grace, common sense and kindness they bring to their work is breathtaking. Their expertise and resourcefulness are second to none. There are so many pitfalls and surprises coming at you from every direction when you sell any property - things you never would have thought of. You want these people representing you. They are extremely capable and intelligent. In effect you have a whole team of experts working for you, since Beth Ann and Michelle each have the skills of three or four regular agents. Hire this team, you will be glad you did!
