What can I say about Michelle? Don't know where to start other than by saying she is amazing! I had originally thought about trying to sell my wife and I's house myself, I'm sure glad that I didnt! She was able to get us more money than I originally thought we would! She is a very nice, very sweet woman that will go above and beyond to work for you. She really makes you feel like you are her only client and that she will do whatever it takes to make sure you are happy. I was so please with how she was able to fight for what we needed on our behalf. If you are unsure on who you should work with, or if you are thinking about selling your house by yourself I would suggest meeting with Michelle first. What do you have to lose? She will save you time and get the most bang for your buck for sure. Thank you for all that you do Michelle, you rock!

🥳 Michelle was amazing! I’m a story teller so let me tell you a story. My wife and I were referred to Michelle. She reached out to us in Feb or Mar of 2019. I explained everything we wanted, you know, 100 acres of land, 2000 sq ft, no neighbors (for me) and new construction, lots of neighbors, and in the city (my wife). Oh and I want it under $300k. Just the normal things married couples want in life. Despite my very tall order Michelle said no problem, undoubtably screaming as she hung up phone 🤷‍♂️. We knew what we wanted didn’t exist and Michelle was open and honest about that, (how do you have neighbors with no neighbors 😒...wives), yet some how we sort of got that in the end. I’ll get there. So after sending me 8,000 emails of properties over 6 months just to have either me or my wife say no, we finally got to meet Michelle in person (this was due to us not her. We are a military family, so we were starting early but we weren’t serious until it got closer). Can you say country girl meets chic? Explain to me how we were referred to a perfect combination of me and my wife’s taste. She dressed professionally, talked about living off the land with me while she and my wife discussed the red flake in a granite counter top (who cares), and rolled up in a corvette that my daughter eventually got to sit in! We scheduled weekly appointments to drive up and look at houses from Edmond to Moore and Choctaw to El Reno. We made many trips and looked at over 18 houses across the area. I honestly don’t know how many houses we looked at. By week three we were tired and frustrated, but Michelle said there’s a house out there for you. We’ll keep looking. She also mentioned a house way out of the city that she thought would be PERFECT for us. We declined to look at it. Three weeks later we are exhausted and running out of time, so Michelle says “guys let’s look at that house I told you about a few weeks ago. It goes to auction in a few days, so we might be able to scoop it up.” Out of options, we said fine. So here we go on a 45 min drive to the middle of no where as my wife sleeps. I’m nervous she’ll wake up because she’ll quickly say no due to the drive, but I’m getting very excited. We pull up to the house and my wife loves it. We get inside and we knew it was the one, the same one MICHELLE said would be perfect three weeks ago. We have six neighbors all on an acre of land (we got neighbors without having NEIGHBORS) it’s not 100 acres but we have space and there is a gorgeous view behind my home that someone else pays for. It’s new construction. And it’s severely below market value! We snagged this house up at a steal of a price. We gained instant equity in the purchase. Michelle negotiated blinds, garage door openers, repairs, and touch ups even after getting us a great price! She lives just up the road and even offered to help with anything we may need. She gave us tons of reputable options for fencing contractors, moving professionals, and even baby sitters! She worked with us AFTER the sale to take pictures for my mother and send me utility options for our rural community.

As a buyer, you pay NOTHING to have a realtor. Why wouldn’t you choose the best in the business? Michelle is the one you need to call.

As a seller, if Michelle works as hard as she did for us as buyers, she is worth every penny and more. Don’t sell yourself short. Get the very best in the business. And to the families that spend weeks arguing about “who has to give in this move,” don’t give in. Call Michelle!
