Michelle did a fantastic job in helping me refinancing my house. I was pretty far down the line with a big bank but said I'd give Michelle an opportunity to meet or beat what the bank was offering. The bank, being so large and so busy with rates at an all time low took 4 months and still hadn't gotten to closing my refinance even though my loan was approved. Michelle hustled and got my loan approved at a lower cost and a lower rate than the bank was offering so we definitely went with her and she deserved every dollar she made in helping me get this refinance done. I highly recommend Michelle if you are looking to refinance or getting a new loan in place via a purchase.. Thanks, Mike Guite

My wife and I recently purchased a house with the help of Michelle. We are first-time home buyers and knew next to nothing about the process. Michelle explained everything from escrow to closing costs. She helped us get the house we fell in love with at under the asking price.

Why we liked working with Michelle:

* The first thing we liked about her is her pro-activeness - we are typical paranoid first time home buyers and had a lot of doubts/questions at every weird hour of the day; she would respond to our questions/emails within 15 mins ; be it morning 7:00 AM or night 10 PM.

* Michelle over communicates in order to be very clear that she understands what we want and that we understand the process/ next steps and what is going on behind the scenes

* She did not push us into homes nor did she push us away from homes Instead she asked us how we felt about the home after each visit and let us come to our own decisions. If we were unsure, we asked her for her personal/professional opinion and only then would she influence our decision.

* Hiccups from delayed financing or negotiating terms with the sellers made the purchase process stressful at times. It is easy to get emotional and react to various situations during the process, especially when it involves purchasing something so expensive. Michelle helped us to stay focused on our end goal and went above and beyond to keep the pressure on the financing team to keep process moving along.

All in all - very transparent & extremely easy to work with! The home purchase experience seemed much easier with Michelle by our side. We would highly recommend working with Michelle to find your dream home! — with Brittany Dolan.

She is phenomenal! We were struggling with another realtor to sell our house. Wasn’t selling even after months on market! She came in and got us sold quickly and for a better price! 💖
