Michelle Peth

Michelle is a native of the historic southern city of Savannah. Having lived and worked in Savannah her entire life, she has a great passion and an extensive amount of knowledge of the city, which makes her a valuable asset to Vantosh Realty Group and the clients that she serves. Michelle worked in the historic district of Savannah for more than 10 years as a bartender, and also owns and manages a sunless tanning studio downtown. When she decided to pursue her real estate license, she realized that commercial real estate was the perfect fit for her, as she has a passion for helping locals find the perfect home for their business in the beautiful historic city.

While Michelle was in real estate school, she found a necklace that belonged to Beth Vantosh and wore it out on New Year’s Eve. Mutual friends recognized the necklace and connected Michelle with Beth so she could return it. After an amazing dinner, Beth had her necklace back and Michelle landed her first job in commercial real estate! Michelle mentored under Beth while in school, which gave her a great jumpstart and a well rounded understanding of the commercial real estate business.

Michelle has sold over $4 million in less than a year after obtaining her license, and she has placed over a dozen businesses in commercial spaces in booming areas such as Broughton and Liberty Streets, as well as the new Starland District.

Michelle has a 17 year old son, and when she is not working, she enjoys exploring Savannah and the many new businesses and experiences that the city has to offer.
