I'm an out of state buyer about 1500 miles from Orange Beach. Michelle has been great with providing me virtual FaceTime tours of properties and has been very quick to draw up offers on properties I've been interested in. She's responsive via text and over the phone and a pleasure to work with.

Michelle went above and beyond for my family and I. She was with us every step of the way including three days after she had MAJOR surgery for closing. Closing was a nightmare, not in Michelle’s control, and we were there almost six hours. Michelle stayed with us the entire time. In addition to being a dedicated realtor, she was so kind to my kids and my grandson and included them in everything, they are my world so this meant so much to me. She always answered my calls and always followed up with me when she said she would. Not only will we use Michelle again, we have recommended her to others. Thank you Michelle for everything you did to get us into our dream home!

Michelle is an amazing realtor! We were so lucky to be able to work with her during the process of our purchase. She was with us from the very beginning of the process. Michelle was able to answer our questions, was very pro active, and followed up even after closing. Her positive attitude and cheerfulness made this process enjoyable. Her knowledge of real estate was amazing, and we could not have asked for a better realtor!

Michelle Platt is a GO GETTER! She made my first home purchase so simple and surprisingly fun! I first contacted her to request information on investment properties (where to look, price points and rent range, quality, etc). Once we had my parameters established, she started hunting down a property for me immediately.
Within just a few days, she found the perfect property that was below my budget. Better yet, it was also a new construction, which allowed us to make changes to be made to suit my personal preferences.
Since it was a new build and I was living in another state at the time, Michelle kept me updated multiple times throughout the week, along with dealing with the contractors and handling MULTIPLE punch list items. She was a bulldog and didn’t let any small detail or flaw slip through the cracks.
To top it off, by the time I closed a few months later, the prices skyrocketed in the area, which gave me instant equity!
I’m forever grateful and will most definitely be hiring Michelle again in the near future for my next rental property and land investments!

We are moving across country from San Diego to Orange Beach AL. Michelle was so wonderful to work with. When we couldn’t be there in person, Michelle did a virtual tour for us. We knew the house we wanted wouldn’t last long as she quickly got an offer in for us and made it happen! Michelle is high energy, very responsive and great to work with!

Michelle was not only on it when finding us our home, she went over and beyond for my family! We lived 13 hours away from Gulf Shores (which is where we bought our home), she did everything she could to make the sell and transition smooth for us. She was great with communication, on it every time I called or text her to see a house “RIGHT NOW”… haha. She truly is more than just a relator to us, We are blessed to have her and her wonderful husband as our first friends to our new area! We were already familiar with the area as we have been coming down here for 30 years, but she was our eyes and years to all things local!! Give her a call, she will do what it takes for you to find your home, whether it be your forever home, vacation home, or investment property… she’s your girl!!
