Michelle helped us do the impossible... sell our two homes at top dollar, then turn around and find us a new home that we are crazy about. We had gone through four other agents before we found Michelle! In fact, she is the only agent whose first words were, Thank you! (3 homes!) and I can do that! All the other agents were naysayers and sat on their (not-so-hungry) laurels. We told these other agents, same as we told Michelle, that we had two homes we wanted to sell and were interested in buying another home in a better neighborhood. She, unlike the others, grabbed the ball, so to speak, and went straight to work. She came over to our house and set everything in motion. Our homes were sold within a day... granted, the real estate market has slim pickins' in inventory and our houses both fall in a very doable price range, but never did we imagine we would get the $ amounts we did for our houses. Michelle is very easy going( not pushy or aggressive salesperson) and is always looking out for the needs of her clients. She listens. She is very professional and knows the details of selling a house and all the issues that come with it. She informed us about the septic tank inspection for the house we were buying. We had no idea.
