Michelle was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is the true definition of 5 Star Customer Service! Michelle successfully sold my townhome while I remained out of state, due to the pandemic. She managed repairs, painters, cleaning service and even shortened the blinds in the entire house, just to improve aesthetics!! Her experience and knowledge of real estate, along with outstanding work ethic and over achieving personality, confirmed I had made the right decision in choosing a realtor. Michelle, goes above and beyond. She helped me and my husband sell and buy. We had a house downtown and I think Michelle sold it in 3 days. Then Michelle found us a house right up the road from her.
She's so wonderful and treats you like family.
I would give her more stars but they only have 5.

Michelle was amazing throughout the home selling process. She was extremely responsive, professional, and organized. This was the first time I sold a house and she walked me through the entire process, making it so easy and stress free!

This was my first house purchase, and I was so scared of the entire process, but Michelle made it so easy. She took care of everything. All I had to do was pick the house and everything else was taken care of. Michelle found me a mortgage banker, homeowners insurance, a contractor, and she helped me figure out what I wanted. I have already recommended her to everyone I know.

Michelle Roberts was phenomenal... We had just about given up after her home was destroyed by Hurricane Florence when she came to the rescue. She helped us accomplish something then everyone else said couldn't be done. She has amazing individuals who work with her to really help people get into permanent housing. I would recommend her to anyone who needs a fighter in their corner.

From the moment we contacted Michelle, she was friendly, professional, courteous, patient and helpful. We moved from NJ to NC and Michelle made that move much easier than it would have been without her. She ensured that all of our interests were seen to with the builder. She fought with the builder on behalf of our interests. Michelle helped every step of the way including with additional questions and issues that came up after closing.

You will not be disappointed using Michelle as your real estate agent.
