From out-of-town I came to Wilmington to close an estate. A task that’s never pleasant and then made worse because I didn’t know the town, the real estate market and had no local contacts. There was no joy in any corner of this trip to Wilmington until I fortunately found Michelle Roberts at Reignite Realty (through her involvement with military families). Not only did she know the market, she developed a marketing plan to help me leverage it. But I needed far more than just that: I needed the house emptied, painted, cleaned and new counter tops installed. This is where Michelle Roberts stepped in to get me the help I needed. From her reputation I expected expert realty advice and assistance. What I could never have imagined was all the other things she did to position me to list and sell the house. Over and over she found just the right cure of my house up-dating blues. She kept everyone moving at a good clip and in the same direction.
I had to return home before everything was finished, leaving it to her. All got done and she pushed on to listing. It was an afternoon listing and an offer was made and accepted before sundown.
That quick. But then, she had set everything in motion designed for just that result. Perfect.
The closing she made easy. Step 1,2,3 and done. No drama.
Here is my take on Michelle Roberts and Reignite realty: when she says she will be your agent, she means it. There was no step along the way in which she did not excel. But I very soon came to realize I could not just rely on her professional knowledge, I could trust her to do what was right by me at every turn.

Michelle was very professional and courteous, and you could tell she loves her job, and most of all helping people! This has been the best experience of selling a home that we have ever had.
