Michelle was patient with all our questions and quirks. The first house we looked at we ended up staying there for about 3 hours and not once did she try to rush us along. She was very communicative throughout the offer process, touching base even if she had no more news - which was exactly what we needed. She did more research than I'd have expected and fought for us to get a fair deal. The other realtor did some things that I find very sketchy (changing dates of repairs at the last minute making it difficult for us to be there to observe them as we had requested) and Michelle did everything she could to counterbalance and make sure our rights were honored. She also helped us selling our home. She has a great team of stagers and photographers available who made our house look amazing. She printed up brochures for potential buyers and was responsive to all the prospects making a quick sale at a fair price!-- K. Meyer, Simpsonville SC
