Michelle Schwinghammer

Michelle is a Colorado native at heart, even though she spent her first 12 years in various locations as the youngest of a military family. Having lived all across the great United States - from Minnesota to Hawaii to Kentucky - Michelle was fortunate enough to land in Denver in 1977 and has refused to leave ever since!

After studying Business + Philosophy, Michelle thrived in marketing and analytics roles where she developed a talent for solving problems and using data to make better decisions. Having worked in management in a variety of company types (from F50-corps to successful start-ups), Michelle transitioned into real estate in 2007 to use all the skills she gained along the way helping clients move forward with knowledge and confidence.

Michelle loves helping clients navigate challenging real estate transactions such as buy/sell moves, estate sales, first time home purchases ... and tackle complex life chapters like retirement, relocation, and divorce. She excels at working with people who are at the start of what feels like a daunting road, want professional guidance they can trust, and welcome the opportunity to partner successfully through times of transformation and change.

When Michelle isn't helping people make smooth moves + investments you can find her exploring mountains + deserts, riding mountain bikes + motos, or buying yet another hoodie in one of Denver's smallest + historic music venues. When she's not geeking out on economic trends, find her volunteering for causes to which she is deeply committed including civil rights, fair + affordable housing, and animal rescue.
