I used Michelle to buy my first home. She is amazing! As a single mother and first time home buyer, I was very nervous about buying a home. She checked in on me for a year as I was working on credit and when I finally qualified she was my biggest advocate and champion. She looked after my best interest even pointing out large repairs that would hinder me financially down the road as we looked at homes. When I found a home to offer on, she reviewed the offer and noticed the numbers did not have my best interest. She immediately went into action on my behalf and we found a different lender that had adequate numbers in my price range. She worked with the sellers realtor well and the seller to make sure the offer was fair and perfect for me. I should also add that I was looking to move over an hour away and she made several trips to help me find the home. She was an amazing calm in the moments I panicked and was always available for my questions. We are in the final stages of my home purchase still but I have complete trust in her as my realtor and don't have to second guess anything because she has proven time and again she is advocating for me and indeed has my best interest.

I worked with Michelle to purchase my first house. Michelle was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. She was very responsive and made the whole process easy and stress free for me. As a first time home buyer, I had a ton of questions and needed a lot of guidance. Having interacted with Michelle for two decades, and across several platforms, I can honestly say that she will always give 100% to any endeavor. If I ever have a question regarding properties, lending, or general inquiries, she either has the answer or she directs me immediately to the resources that I need. Her work ethic is above reproach. She takes personal pride and responsibility in her work, always. If you want someone to sell you a house, you have plenty of options. If you want someone to find you a home, call Michelle. Michelle is an incredible Real-estate agent! She will really go above and beyond making sure she takes care of all your needs. You don't have to ask what needs to be done, she will use her initiative and get it done without us even having to think about it! She will fight tooth and nail on the negotiations to make sure you get the best offer. She is very responsive and quick to answer emails and texts even replying late at night. If you need an agent at all or even slightly thinking about buying or selling a house, she is the best to close the deal fast, don't hesitate!! I highly recommend Michelle Shephard as one of the hardest working, most caring relators I’ve ever met. Michelle treated us like family. Being a realtor myself and relocating to Nashville from New Mexico, I knew the process in general but the stress become real on a different level when it is your own home. Michelle Shepard is an agent that is definitely a go getter! She was referred to me by a friend that had sold and bought another house using Michelle as her agent and my friend had nothing but good things to say.
