Michelle Teague

Michelle was raised in the Midwest and graduated from East Carolina University with honors and earned a B.S. in Social Work. She met her husband, a native Charlottean, in college and they moved to the Queen City after graduation over 20 years ago.

Prior to joining HM Properties, Michelle spent nine years teaching pre-school at Forest Hill Church; five years with BB&T as a vice president in the small business loans division, and two years as a campaign coordinator for the Leukemia Society.

Michelle and her husband have two children: Trey (18) and Jennings (16) and reside in the Myers Park neighborhood. She is an active member at Myers Park Country Club and Forest Hill Church and enjoys volunteering time at church as well as South Mecklenburg High School and Myers Park High School. She also enjoys spending time reading, exercising, practicing yoga, and traveling.
