I want to Thank you Michelle for being a conscientious property manager these past 5 years and still going. You have taken care of finding me good tenants over the years. Also kept the tenants happy and safe and me informed on the needs of the tenant. Prior to Michelle being my property manager, it was difficult to find a dependable, honestly open communication and a guided relationship that knew how to take care of both the tenant and owner. Michelle has managed our rental property for many years. We are unbelievably happy with the service that she provides. She finds good renters that stay for years, she has contacts for repair people who provide very reasonable services, she follows up quickly (even on weekends) to issues with the property and she does it all with a smile. A year or so ago I was in desperate need to change property managers. A friend of my son's gave me Michelle's numer. We talked and met. She has been managing my property since. I only wish I had met her several years ago! Michelle is professional and also very helpful in all things related to the property management aspect. She has also helped me with the house I live in. I had a water problem and she gave me the name of a plumber she uses whom I called. He came as soon as he could, repaired my big water problem and gave me a discount because Michelle had given the referral ! I could tell he thought highly of her as a professional in her work. I recieve the necessary information each month I need for the property . I wish I owned more property for her to manage!
