Michelle is a fantastic agent. We had previously worked with another brokerage in prepping our home for sale, but couldn't see eye-to-eye with representatives there. Switching over to work with Michelle was like night and day. She is incredibly knowledgeable and will always take the time to listen, explain, and advise with her clients' best interests at heart. She went above and beyond in putting resource behind making our listing as beautiful, warm, and inviting as we knew our home to be. Her communication is timely, efficient, and comprehensive. With her strategy and execution, she had our home under contract in less than 1 week, and for almost 15% more than what our prior brokerage had told us was the top of our asking price! We can't recommend her highly enough.

Michelle supported us through the process of buying our first home. Not only was she our realtor, who helped us sort through countless houses in varying neighborhoods but she helped guide us through the first time lending process as well, which was equally as helpful. Michelle is extremely proficient in all aspects of the real estate business and her experience and guidance in combination with her likable personality made our experience a great one. I should add that my family moved into our home with a one week old infant and the timing of our first home now seems unimaginable, however at the time the entire process was smooth and I attribute this in great part to Michelle. She is for sure hired for all of our future moves and wholeheartedly recommended.
