Michelle specializes in representing buyers and sellers of fine properties throughout south Orange County. Coming from the corporate world of technology, she has managed over $100m in sales and has negotiated multi-million-dollar global contracts. Now in real estate for nearly a decade, she has taken her successful track record to a passion that is closest to her heart; helping others achieve the best results in their home purchase and sales experience.

As a top producer, previously with Coldwell Banker, Michelle represents the elite few who are within the President’s Circle, International Diamond’s Society and Sterling Society for producing record sales. In 2011, Michelle launched her own brokerage, Ultimo Properties. Her success has continued, and she has expanded into strategic property investment and management.

Brought up in a family of three generations of design/build contractors, Michelle has vast expertise in the development and customization of homes to suit the needs of her clients.
