Michelle Ventura is the best of the best! Her quality of work, and efficiency is top notch. We loved working with her to find our first home! Being young, newlyweds my husband and I can honestly say we would have been completely lost without Michelle’s guidance and advice. She was available at all hours of the day, and worked quickly to put in bids on any and all of the many house we were interested in. As everyone knows, the housing market of 2021-2022 was not only competitive but an actual battle ground for anyone interested in buying, and Michelle was able to ease our concern lead us to victory! Michelle was the absolute best with our search for a new home! Right from the start, she was dedicated, professional, courteous, responsive, and an all around awesome person! Whenever we discussed what we were looking for, she always took notes to make sure she could find the best fit for us. There was never a time that she was not available to ask a question or to communicate with other agents, sellers, and lenders. Even during times where I felt I was possibly being too picky, she was encouraging and super supportive. At the beginning, I was trying to look on my own, but that was proving to be pretty stressful. In comes Michelle and I had nothing to worry about after that. I know she is a perfectionist and that shows in all she does. We couldn't have done any of this without her and we will be forever grateful and appreciate for everything she has done! Thank you, Michelle! :)
