Southern California Realtor Michelle Wilson is no stranger to buying and selling real estate, in fact, it is what made her want to become a Realtor in the first place. After moving more than six times while growing up and going through several relocations with her husband and family, she truly understands what it is like to go through the process of buying, selling, packing, and settling into a new life.

It is that personal experience that makes transactions with Michelle a cut above the rest. She has been in the business since 2000, first working with investors and then making the switch to traditional real estate 16 years ago. Her specialties are vast and include all areas of residential real estate, from the first-time homebuyer to the empty nester looking to downsize, from investments to 1031 exchange, distressed sales, relocation, and probate.

Michelle brings an individualized touch to every transaction, no matter the situation. After numerous negative experiences with agents when buying and selling her own homes, she knew there had to be a better way to help people than the subpar experiences she received. And that desire to create a positive, memorable experience for each and every client has driven her to continually rank in the top ranked tiers of her firm. As a top producing Realtor, she is a First Team Medallion level agent and has been in First Team’s prestigious Hall of Fame every year since 2014. Her hard work has placed her firmly in the top 1% of her company and the top 2% of all California Realtors as well as the top 1% for all Orange County Realtors.

When she is not breaking records and outperforming the competition, Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband and four adult children. In addition to being an unabashed ‘foodie', she is also a fitness enthusiast with favorites including weightlifting, cross training, and running.
