Absolutely Amazing Experience! As first time buyers we couldn’t be happier with Michelle. Michelle gave us insight into being a home owner and ensured we were not stretching our budget. Michelle was always very quick to respond whether it was text or call. Throughout the home buying and building process Michelle stayed in contact with us and answered any questions we might have; while ensuring we stayed on top of any necessary paperwork. We can’t thank Michelle enough as we wouldn’t have gotten this amazing home without her.

Super responsive and determined to finding me the perfect house. She helped me navigate through the current market with a solid understanding of what’s happening now and provided me with the information to make a decision about my future in the houses I was looking at. She introduced me to all the right people to get have all my ducks in a row so that when I saw the right house I was able to write a strong and confident offer and not have to wait to cut through the red tape. I have purchased two homes with Michelle -- one a new build (while my family was stationed overseas) and sold a home with her also. All transactions were seamless and Michelle had our best interest in mind 100% of the time. She didnt disappear after closong day either -- she continued to follow up to be sure we were having the best experience in our new home!

Michelle is a fantastic realtor. Within 24 hours of telling her I was interested in selling my mother's house, she presented me with over 30 pages of comparable houses in the area and other information I would need. She was very sensitive to the fact that this was the sale of my childhood home and that I was selling it on behalf of my mother who had recently passed away. Upon initial inspection of the house, she immediately pointed out several positives and negatives about my house that only a realtor very familiar with the area would have been aware of (quirks of Levitt houses, code violations, the acreage and renovations of our property, etc). She responded to all calls and inquiries within hours, always with a pleasant disposition, as if we were her only customer! She also fielded questions and re-explained things to my brothers. She guided us through every step of the process of considering and accepting offers with helpful, professional advice, often pointing out how the buyer and his agent were attempting to get us to compromise . She was realistic and always let us know our options and their ramifications. She applied just the right amount of pressure to the buyer and his agent.

Where do I start? Upon the first time meeting Michelle, it was apparent her desire to succeed in finding the home we desired. She was always there with the most updated rental listings, which morphed into the most updated sale listings. From the time we found the right home she had the reigns, walking us through the process step by step with an abundance of face time and almost unlimited phone time. Right through the bitter end of a long and troubling short sale process she kept a positive, upbeat attitude while fighting ferociously on our behalf with the opposing banks, mortgage lender and selling agent. I couldn't have asked for a better agent to partner with in this process and will MOST DEFINITELY use her again when the time is right to upgrade our living arrangements.
