Like many other families, my family and I decided to leave NY state and move to Houston, TX. Michelle has been instrumental in helping us understand and navigate the very different real estate transaction processes here in TX. Michelle understood our needs from the first house visit, which was super important to us. Her expertise, kindness, and professional demeanor made us trust her from day one in the city where we did not know anyone. Michelle patiently showed us numerous houses until we found the one and was there to answer emails and texts at any time. Working with Michelle on finding our new dream home was our absolute pleasure. Highly recommended!

She provided a low stress experience from list to close. She has an amazing staging and cleaning team. Michelle helped us over the course of several months to navigate an extremely challenging housing market. My husband and I are not the easiest clients to work with - we are two very picky engineers with high attention to detail and eclectic needs and wants. Michelle always listened to our feedback during showings, answered our questions, and did her very best to address any questions or concerns we had - no matter how out there they were! I especially appreciated how responsive she was via text at almost any hour of the day.

She ultimately helped us find a new home that met our needs, and helped us through a negotiation period with a great result. She maintained her responsiveness and care through closing.

Working with Michelle to find a new home was the best experience ever! Trying to find your new home is never easy. It is nerve wracking, frustrating, and overwhelming. Michelle's professionalism and personality made all of these feelings disappear. I have worked with realtors in the past that just try to sell you what they want to sell you. Not with Michelle. She was always on top of things, extremely organized, and really listened to what we were looking for in a home. Michelle helped find us our dream home!
