Michelle is amazing a what she does! Passionate, super knowledgeable and really cares about the people she works with! Michelle took all the necessary time to identify the needs for my family and found the perfect housing fit. The purchase was made in 2017 and till this day, she is still here for any needs or requirements that I may have. Michelle, is the best realtor a home buyer and seller can have. In 2020, I came across a home I completely adored. It met all of my requirements and sat majestically on 2 1/2 acres. After touring the property with Michelle on January 21, 2020, I turned to her and asked how could I get the home? Mind you, I wasn’t in the most ideal financial situation at the time, but with her help—and ample and trusted contacts made—she made it a reality. We put my house on the market in February and in five days it was sold. It closed seven days later. On March 20, 2020, I closed and moved into my new home in Annapolis. Michelle is extremely competent and knowledgeable. Having worked extensively in the area as a high-level economic development executive, Michelle thoroughly understands the area and uses that knowledge to her clients advantage. After the death of a dear aunt, I surprisingly inherited a valuable condo in a prime Washington, DC area. I soon realized the need to acquire trustworthy counsel to fully evaluate the significance and potential value of the property. As well as to guide me through the maze of inheritance estate sales steps, governmental, and city regulations, at a time when I was still mourning her loss.
There was only one person I knew would be the best, and only person to advocate on my behalf. A person who would be prompt, attentive, straight forward and honest. The first time I met her, from that point on it seemed we were childhood friends. Michelle Wright is that same person now, my college acquaintance, friend and trusted agent.
