Michelle and Mark helped us in our home search and purchase in relocating to the area from 2 hours away. They were always available when we were able to make it out to look at houses in person. Once we picked a house, they made the process very easy in helping to make sure we were completing the necessary paperwork and meeting all deadlines, as well as answering any questions we had along the way. Michelle and Mark are fantastic to work with. This was our third transaction with them and we couldn't ask for better experience.
They both spent lot of time in understanding the kind of house we were looking at, down to simple details and guided us through the entire process very clearly.
They never just persuaded us to choose the house faster and close the deal, instead they both were very honest in letting us know what would work for us within the budget that we were looking at. They both always went above and beyond in helping us choosing our dream home.
We were looking to expedite the house selection process and they always accomodated the appointments for house showings even though they were last minute requests.
