Mickey Taylor was a great realtor. Shr is very professional and will go through anything to help you sellnanf or buy a home. We had many obstacles to go through on the sellers end when we bought our new house . Mickey was phenomenal helping us get through those and purchase our dream home. She was still helping us after closing of our new home when other situations came up from the seller's.

Working with Mickey on finding my new home was a pleasure. I had settled on the area where I wanted to live, but lack of inventory was the issue. I was living in another state and trying to make my move to the Nashville area. Mickey set up alerts so that we would know, immediately, when something hit the market. It happened on a very, very rainy day. It had been a year since a property had become available in this particular development. Mickey called, immediately, to schedule a viewing for herself within just a couple of hours. She sent me video footage during her walk-through. I knew we would have to act, quickly. She went to work on the contract, and she had our offer submitted, early, that same evening. We had a deal, by noon, the very next day! And, we closed in exactly 30 days. It’s important to note that with my excitement in finding this home, I likely would have overlooked some things and acquiesced on others just to make it happen. This is where you can feel most confident in having Mickey representing you. She had my best interests at heart and made certain that I was protecting myself with the terms of the contract. I needed that!
Mickey has the business acumen necessary to represent you in this fast-paced real estate environment. And, she’s a kind, pleasant, and fun person with whom to work. I will always highly recommend Mickey!
