I cannot express how grateful I am to have had Miguel partner with me in searching for my New home. Main word being, partner. From the moment we started “The Search” I immediately felt comfortable and at ease. I am an artist and I am by nature extremely anxious. So you can understand me when I say that searching for a home was a somewhat nerve-racking. Yet Miguel seemed to just go with my flow and work with me. Trying to decipher what I wanted and what I definitely didn’t want. Explaining what I wanted versus what was the actual reality. I appreciate his patience so much and even more than that I appreciate his efficiency. He was always responsive to my emails, texts, and calls. He respected my thoughts and needs when my multitasking brain would send him emails of properties and several texts at all hours of the night. Always making sure to respond first thing in the morning. He was efficient with setting up appointments to see the properties and worked with my schedule which was super appreciated being as I’m a single mother of two and work full-time. He is also a joy to be around. Having social anxiety, I appreciate how he made me feel at ease immediately. I honestly feel like he’s a friend that I’ve known for a long time. I would definitely recommend Miguel if you are searching for a place to call home. It’s a very important decision in someone’s life and a huge step into an unknown future. Miguel is definitely respectful, efficient, informative, and very much a personality that gets business done. Yet also a empathetic and truly caring partner to have in this new and hectic time to find your dream home. Definitely great at what he does and recommend him.
