Miguel is an excellent realtor. He represented us on the sale and subsequent purchase of our new home. He was always available to talk and is very knowledgeable about the Northern Virginia housing market.

On the sale side, he gave us excellent guidance as to repairs and improvements that's could help us sell our house sooner. His aesthetic sensibilities were vital in getting our house ready to sell. That ultimately helped us get an offer relatively quickly.

On the buy side, he was readily available to show us the houses we were interested in, in a timely manner. His negotiating was crucial to get us seller concessions and to lower our cash to close. Furthermore he fought for us to get vital repairs done by the seller prior to closing.

His ferocity and commitment to us is truly appreciated.

Miguel is a great realtor. He is competent, reliable, responsible, attemptive and skilled. Miguel fights for his clients and always gets the best deal for them. He did it to me, first time buyer. I had one place in my mind when I started searching for my new home. When I found it, I told him "this is it". Even though I had made up my mind, he insisted in showing me more places around. And it was good, because it only made my place even more perfect to me, but in order to get exactly what I wanted he had to battle and negociate, and he almost lost it, but because he is very experienced and skilled in his profession, he won, I mean, I won. I've got my new home thanks to Mr. Martinez, who not only understand my native language (portuguese) but also my culture, my passionate way, because he is also latino. I recommend his work to anyone who believes that dearms can come true when you work hard and have the help from honest, loyal and sensitive people, just like Miguel.

I have no words to describe Miguel Martinez. He is an amazing Realtor and a wonderful humans been. My husband and I worked with him for four months and he was always friendly and responsable. He adjust he’s time to our times, he made everything clear and easy to understand because he takes he’s time to explain everything word to word and if he has to explain it more then ones he does it without problem, he’s priority was to take care of our money and our needs. I don’t even know where to start.
I was a first time homebuyer and of course I had no clue about anything. I was hesitant about everything, I didn’t want to trust anyone with my money but Miguel was the best realtor ever,from the moment we met till the day of closing and even after that he still calls to check on how things are goin, that’s more than anyone can ask for, he sincerely cares about his customers and he does the best job that he can. He made everything clear, he broke down detail by detail and not only did he make sure I understood he went beyond that. Working outside regular hours, meeting with me after I was done with work so things would be easier for me. Always calling me first about anything, he never made a decision without consulting with me first and if I didn’t understand or was confused he made it easy to understand the ways about buying a house.He never thought about himself or his comission he put ME and MY needs first. He is the person that everyone needs by their side when it comes to buying. I cannot thank him enough. He got me more than I expected, not only did he get me the place I wanted , he got me a great deal. I saved money and I am truly happy with how he works. He really cares about his customers. My husband and I were "for sale by owners" with only a limited broker. We met Miguel as he was the buyers agent. Rarely does a realtor care about the opposite side ...the sellers, but Miguel truly did. He was so incredibly helpful with the selling of our home even though he was not representing us. He is honest, hands-on and always accessible. He did not have to give advice, but was always there to answer questions and even provided us with contacts as well as looking out for our best interest and making sure we were not spending money that we didn't need to. He is a professional in every sense of the word and a genuinely nice guy. We cannot speak highly enough of Miguel. He goes above and beyond and took extra steps many other Realtors dont (but should do). The level of service he provides is phenomenal. We consider Miguel a friend and would highly recommend him to anyone that is searching for a new home or selling their current home. Thanks again Miguel for being such a pleasure to work with.
