The entire home buying process was thorough and genuine with Miguel. From the beginning of the process when he's helping you find the kind of property you want... During the busiest and most stressful part of the process when offers and counter offers are being made... And he's there at the finish line making sure everything is taken care of when you get your keys to your house. He doesn't stop there. He goes out of his way to make sure your newly acquired house starts to feel like HOME. The attention to detail and attentiveness I received from Miguel is second to none. Any and all questions were answered concisely. All needs and wishes whether it was kind of neighborhood I desired or the budget I wanted to work with was automatically prioritized for Miguel. You can find a realtor anywhere where the relationship feels like you're just the client but if you want a REALtor where you're taken care of like family, then Miguel is the person you want for the job.

Miguel Munoz has been a real one from the start, jumping into facts and being ONE HUNDRED percent transparent on the process and requirements. From the jump he has been keeping us the loop in regards to new listings that adhere to the property characteristics that are important to us. Mr. Munoz has been excellent in communicating with us important information that has eased this whole experience. I would one hundred percent recommend him as a realtor. We heard about Miguel from a family friend and after talking to many different real estate agents we decided that he best fit what we were looking for. Miguel was so patient with us and helped us day in and day out with the millions of questions we had as first-time home buyers. After searching for months, he showed us a home that we instantly fell in love with and made sure it was something that was in our budget and also something we had a shot of actually getting. We closed on the home shortly after. Even after closing on the home we were left with many questions and he always makes sure to assist us when needed. He made the process super easy for us and left us very satisfied with our home and his services. I have recommended him to everyone I know and would definitely reach out to him if I were to ever sell my property or if I were to look for another property.

Miguel was very helpful from the start of the whole process to even now, after the sale. He's been great 👍 I highly recommend him and his team. They do whatever they can in their means to get u into your dream home. He's helped us with 2 purchases. No 1 else was able to get us into our dream home, but Miguel and his team worked hard to make it possible.
