Mikael has been so helpful to our family! We were getting prepared to move to the East Coast from the West Coast and she helped us so much with tons of information. She’s super fast in responding to our concerns and anything we may need. We’re beyond grateful and Delilah is so wonderful! She had created these helpful packets around the city since we’re unfamiliar with the area and it’s amazing! They are AMAZING!

We were looking to purchase our forever home and Mikael and Delilah shuffled their day around to give us the best experience.

Delilah was with us EVERY step of the way, answering questions and being completely transparent with next steps and things to look for. They have every step covered and provide documents at a moments request.

Our minds were put at ease on every action that needed attention because Delilah was there for every meeting. Even going as far as trekking across town to meet with us when our work schedules got crazy. Mikael gave us extreme insight on what good bones means and assured us that we were getting a solid structure which was echoed by every inspector and contractor that looked at our property.

I could go on and on. Long story short - they ARE the BEST in this business.

Mikael and Delilah are real ones. Do they even sleep? They were answering messages in the evening and weekends, working all the time to make sure we got our home. as a first time home buyer, they were such a blessing and were so nice to me and my spouse when we never bought a house before. They were there like anytime, advocated for us strongly, and worked so well with our lender!!! They were also knowledgeable with VA loans, I would use them again!!

Mikael and her team were incredibly responsive and very transparent. I felt supported by them as my own lending agent was not.

Mikael even looked at houses before our call (we bought from out of state) and highlighted areas of her concern as well as any that appeared on our list for her to look for on our behalf.

Mikael McDaniel is the best realtor you could possibly ask for. Her and her assistant Delilah make the buying and selling process so incredibly easy and stress-free. I work a crazy schedule and live a busy life and they are so accommodating when it comes to scheduling showings and communicating and truly bend over backwards to make it easy on you as the buyer or seller. My family and I have been working with Mikael as our realtor for over 10 years and could not be more happy with the service she gives and the wealth of knowledge and information she truly provides.
