With a background spanning building, business, investment analysis, and real estate portfolio management, Mikail Kiva brings a strategic and hands-on approach to real estate. Before becoming a broker, Mikail served as an investment analyst at an institutional-grade multi-family office and later as a C-suite executive at a single-family office, supporting ultra-high-net-wealth clients, and overseeing diverse strategies and assets including real estate.

As the former owner of a successful local food manufacturing company and an experienced homebuilder, Mikail combines business acumen with deep operational insight, offering clients a well-rounded perspective on buying, selling, and investing. Whether navigating complex transactions or helping clients visualize potential in a property, Mikail approaches each deal with diligence, creativity, and integrity. Mikail was born and raised between Indianola and Bainbridge Island, and lives in North Kitsap with his growing family.
