Mike Ahern

As a licensed real estate agent with over thirty-five years of full-time experience, Mike Ahern has been involved in general real estate, developing, leasing, and property management. He has testified as an expert witness in the Superior Court of Alameda County for real estate-related matters including, but not limited to, property valuation and standard of care. Mike's sales have included apartments, shopping centers, industrial sales and leasing, condominiums, new homes, and land. He has personally completed or assisted with minor subdivision projects, lot splits, building projects, and investment purchases.

Mike has formed LLC's, Corporations, and Partnerships for Investment Property purchases. He presently participates and oversees eight LLC's between California and Arizona. He has also been involved with deeds of trust, foreclosures, and special properties as well as managing various Commercial, Retail, Residential, and Apartment Properties. Mike presently oversees in excess of a combined 100,000 square feet of retail and office space.
